Withdrawal/Cancellation/Refund Policy

School year classes: Once classes have begun the following policies are in place...
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on payments made for school year classes. Please be advised of this when deciding how you with to pay for classes (monthly, Semester, Full Year). 
Withdrawal: If a student wishes to withdraw from classes during the year, we must be notified in writing prior to the 1st of the month that the student is wishing to be discontinued. For example: if a student wished to stop attending classes )and paying for classes after February, we need to know during that month. Once monthly invoices go out, payment for that month must be submitted even if you do not attend classes.

Summer camps/classes:
A $25 registration fee is included in tuition. This fee cannot be refunded. If a family wants to cancel registration for summer camps, it must be done prior to June 1st to receive a refund. All Cancellation requests must be in writing. After June 1st, we do not offer refunds for camp cancellations.
